Brought my LR Defender to have a voyager roof rack, front skid plate, raised air intake, lucky 8 rock sliders, fender flares & mud flaps installed. Adrian & his team knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t have asked for a better installation. Everything was done correctly & the team treated my vehicle like it was their own vehicle. The work done and customer service could not have been better. I took my brand new 24 F250 straight from the dealer to have it leveled, larger wheels and tires, window tint, subwoofer, ceramic coat for the paint, bed liner, bed cover and automatic steps. I dealt with Adrian and he came up with a great plan and even talked me out of some stuff I was thinking about but he said wasn’t necessary saving me some money all the while keeping me up to date about the progress. While planning what I wanted online I read many stories of people who’s trucks never road the same after having suspension and tires done at other places so I was a little worried but it honestly drives better than it did when I left the dealership.
Extreme Offroad was recommended to me by the employees of a car dealership’s parts and service department. My hubby and I went to them to purchase some aftermarket parts for our vehicles. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by Adrian. Adrian was very professional and after taking time to understand what we wanted, he then worked his magic and not only presented us with several options to choose from but he took the time to explain the pros and cons and workings of each option. Our experience with Adrian was a 10 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being excellent. Oh, did I mention that he DID NOT come across as any old salesperson trying to make a commission? Adrian is a true consultant as far as we’re concerned. We are very happy with the work that was done on both of our vehicles by the technicians as well. I just picked up my Ford Explorer ST after a cold air intake and Whipple intercooler swap. Adrian was incredibly helpful in getting the parts ordered and installed in a timely fashion. He told me it would take a day and a half to get the work done, and he delivered on that promise with ease. He went above and beyond making sure I was happy with the entire process. I will definitely be back!
Extreme is a top notch company. I recently ordered a tool box over the holiday’s and when I went to get it installed and after I saw it on the truck I knew it was not the correct box that I asked for. Aaron, and Jonathan ordered the correct one and didn't hesitate to get me the correct one. A day later they had me all fixed up the crew here is all about customer service and keeping the clients happy. I strongly suggest if your looking for any upgrades for your vehicle there team will get the job done.
Called up and told Adrian I have a list of stuff I want that I found online. Matched price and got the parts into the store like 2 weeks. 2023 F250 bumper, winch, light bar, 4 cube lights, and 2 cube lights on back stock bumper. Did a great job! Highly Reccomend Extreme!
Took my Jeep for a 2” lift and a steering stabilizer. While doing the install, they noticed a leaking from shock and called me since it’s still under the warranty so I can take it to the dealer. I was planning to go to the dealer right after I pick it up but to my surprise, they already contacted the dealer, did a warranty claim, got the new shock and installed it (no extra cost)!! If you need any work done to your car, take it to them. They not only do a great job, but they go above and beyond. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Jonathan and extreme off-road team. Best customer service I’ve ever seen.
I experienced excellent customer service by Adrian today! I brought my truck in for a noise. Adrian took time to listen to me explain what it sounded like. I appreciated this, plus he also took it out on a test drive. Whew! It was a minor repair. The noise is gone and I also left with a full understanding of what caused the noise! Very important! Great job Adrian!
